Booking policy

1. Confirmation of availability will be provided by our team.

2. The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

Advance Refund

1. After the product is returned, we will assess its condition, and the refund process will be initiated.

2. The refund will be processed within 2 days following the return of the product.

Cancellation policy

1. To cancel a product, kindly get in touch with our staff.

2. If we receive notice of cancellation 15 days prior to the booked date, a 100% advance refund will be issued.

2. If we receive notice of cancellation 7 -14 days prior to the booked date, a 50% advance refund will be issued.

3. Unfortunately, no advance refund will be provided if the cancellation notice is received less than 7 days before the booked date.

Date Change

1. Contact our executive in the event of a date change.

2. The product will be confirmed only after verification of availablility on the rescheduled date.

Product

1. Products undergo inspection prior to delivery. In the event that any issues are identified with the product, please notify us promptly at the time of delivery.\

2. The product is expected to be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

3.Certain products may incur scratches during transportation.

4.The images showcased on the website are either original photographs or pictures captured at customer locations.

Discounts

1. Product pricing is determined by comparing market rates and considering maintenance costs. Therefore, there are no discounts available from the prices listed on the website.
